Our high grade custom fsc certified paper is infused with a thermosetting resin before being laid up by hand and pressed into a solid panel. Richlite can be pressed to order from 3mm to 75mm in a range of sheet sizes up to 3660mm x 1525mm. Unlike stone or a solid surface richlite works similar to a dense hardwood and can be easily milled sanded routed and joined. Richlite has become a popular option for interior and exterior architectural surfaces and furniture. It is made by compressing hundreds of layers of fsc certified paper 65 with a formaldehyde free phenolic resin ecobind nauf 35 into sheets from 1 4 to 3 thick and 4 x8 to 5 x 12.
